John Apgar & Penny Tonelli want you to join them for the summer rowing program! The program is for recreational and beginner lessons, all master rowers must be qualified through this program before any solo / team rowing.

The Masters Program offers adult rowers the opportunity to row in a structured environment with whoever they choose, if anyone at all. Also, masters have the freedom to row any time they choose and enjoy full access to the Club's facilities.
Optionally to allow us to anticipate and plan for your arrival please fill out all required form elements (*) and indicate which dates you will attend, otherwise just call John or Penny and set up an appointment.

Rowing is one of the oldest sports in existence and has been a part of the Olympic games since 1900. Besides its age, rowing has another remarkable characteristic that distinguishes itself from other sports, activities, or fitness regimens. Rowing is one of the only forms of exercise that is a non-impact activity and still exercises all of the major muscle groups.
